Emeritus Professor of Psychology at Panteion University in which she served as Vice Rector of Academic affairs and as Director of the Interdisciplinary Program in ‘’Psychology and Mass Media’’ She has written scholarly monographs and articles on issues related to the psychology and social psychopathology of crime and deviant behavior. She is an author of 13 novels many of which have been translated in different languages. Her most recent work include: Irving Yalom in Athens: Lessons of Death and Life, 8 hours 35 minutes, The Greek Patient, The strange stories of Mrs Fi, Can you See Me? (Letters of seclusion in pandemia with T. Eptakili). Columnist in the newspaper TO VIMA. Scientific director of documentary TV films (ERT2) on issues related to the psychology and psychopathology of human condition. Her most recent work ‘’The magic of people’’ under the direction of P. Panayiotopoulou deals with life stories related to the human power of overcoming loss, grief, and despair.
