Ms. E. Poptodorova is a Bulgarian politician and diplomat. She served as elected representative in Bulgaria's Parliament from 1990 through 2001. Until 2016, Ms. Poptodorova held many senior positions at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Bulgaria, including Spokesperson, Head of Departments and Bulgaria's ambassador to the United States from 2010 to 2016 and previously from 2002 to 2008.

In addition to her extensive government service, she is a founding Board member and currently Vice President of the Atlantic Club of Bulgaria, as well as Board member of the Atlantic Treaty Association.
