Co-Founder Hemlock Ventures

Tony Birbilis is the co-founder of Hemlock Ventures, a woman owned ESG Impact Investment Advisory and Consulting firm, that consults to Countries, Corporations Exchanges and Individuals. He also serves in the Investment Banking Advisory space, working with Chevalier and Co in Greece, as well as serving as an advisor to family offices for over 25 years. In the past, he also worked with Milner Weiss, a boutique Investment Advisory Firm in China as well as Astarte Capital Partners, a London based Private Equity firm. 

In these capacities he has advised Private Equity firms, a large European Family Office, as well as American, European and Asian clients on acquisitions and transactions globally. He spent a great part of his career as a trader, becoming a member of the New York Mercantile Exchange in 1986 and serving on its Board of Directors for seven years. He held senior management and trading positions at an independent oil company, a fund, a proprietary trading firm and an algorithmic HFT Firm. Holds a BS in Finance/International Business from New York University.
