Paraskevi Ant. Dramalioti studied Law and is a two postgraduate degrees holder having specialised in both public and international law. She holds a PhD in Administrative Science, focusing on regulatory coherence and the coordination of governmental work. Dramalioti completed her postdoctoral research in the Department of Public Administration at the School of Economics and Public Administration of Panteion University. She recently published a book titled "The Executive State: Regulatory Coherence and Coordination at the Governance Center." She was a scholar of the "Maragopoulou Foundation for Human Rights," has taught in undergraduate and postgraduate programs at universities, as well as at the National School of Public Administration. She is fluent in English and French.

Dramalioti has served in key positions within the public sector. She is a graduate of the National School of Public Administration and holds a permanent position in the General Secretariat of Coordination, where she served as the head of the Foreign Affairs Sector for six years since its establishment in 2013. During that period she participated in technical negotiations with the Troika focusing on state-public administration issues. Before that, she worked at the Ministry of Interior and the Special Service for Public Sector Reform Operational Program Management. In 2019, she became Vice President, and in 2021, she was appointed President of the National Centre of Public Administration and Local Government (EKDDA). During her tenure, EKDDA took on the training of the first Permanent Secretaries of the line Ministries and the certification of the first law-drafters, public and digital policy analysts, in line with the executive state law. During the same time EKDDA participated in a European consortium with the French School of Public Administration for the training of executives from Balkan countries and organised a Summer Academy for the "Public Administration of the Future," in collaboration with the French Embassy in Athens, the French Institute, Expertise France, and the Francophone Management School (ESFAM). In July 2023, the Prime Minister, Kyriakos Mitsotakis, appointed her as Secretary General of Coordination at the Presidency of the Government.
