Key Qualifications

Over 30 years of experience in finance across investment banking and equity/debt capital markets. Pioneered Greek debt capital market and led significant transactions in equity capital markets.  His main focus has been Investment Banking and Brokerage. Giuseppe has acquired extensive knowledge and accumulated significant experience in identifying and serving the needs of International Institutional Investors for NPL exposures. That said Giuseppe also participated in numerous sale transactions of NPLs exposures of Greek systemic banks.   He is also involved in ongoing transformational transactions of non-systemic banks and actively participated in systemic banks’ securitization processes.  

Experience Record

Giuseppe started his career in Pentedekas Brokerage SA and in 1993 he was one of the key founders of Euroxx Securities.  He is Chairman of the board and has throughout the years managed to lead Euroxx to become the largest independent financial services company in Greece. He oversees the company’s business strategy, financial performance and business development.  Giuseppe is VP of the Association of Members of the Athens Exchanges, Board Member of the Union of Listed Companies.  

Education  

Giuseppe holds an MSc in Shipping, Trade and Finance from City University Business School and he is an accredited portfolio manager and Investment advisor from the Hellenic Capital Markets Commission  

Language  

Giuseppe is a bilingual speaker both in Greek and Italian, fluent in English and with excellent knowledge of Turkish.
