Athina Stavrou is the HR Director for MSD Greece, Cyprus and Malta since 2018. During her long career in Multinational Organizations, Athina helped management teams to implement their strategies and respond successfully to the required changes. Her passion for issues related to Diversity, Equality and Inclusion, as well as the experience she gained working in different groups both in Europe and in Emerging Markets and China, led her to become a sponsor of all actions at the local level on issues related to DEI and to actively support the Women's Network and NGN Network of MSD Greece.
