Konstantinos Kenteris

SEGAS (The Hellenic Amateur Athletics Association), Greece
Kostas Kenteris, was born in Mytilene.
He is an Olympic Champion as he won the Gold medal of 200 meters at Sidney's 2000 Summer Olympics.
As a former athlete, he won Gold medals in the 2001 World Athletics Championships and in the 2002 European Athletics Championships, making him the only European sprinter who won the gold medal in all three major competitions in the 200 meters races.
He is Vice President of The Hellenic Amateur Athletics Association (SEGAS), since 2021.
Since 2006, Kostas Kenteris has been active in the field of tourism. He is owner at the internationally awarded Mikro Papigo 1700 Hotel & Spa, owner of KKvillas collection selected luxury villas throughout Greece and co-owner of Branding Greece (Strategy and Marketing company).
Working systematically in the direction of implementing new ideas and policies, which set innovative horizons in Greek hospitality, he follows with undiminished interest the evolutions in Greek but also Global Business Reality.
