Konstantinos Vouterakos is a Senior Partner with KG Law Firm (Athens office) and head of the Banking & Finance and Capital Markets Group of the firm.

 

Konstantinos’s main area of practice is banking, capital markets and securities’ regulation, real estate and privatizations. He has worked on a number of complex innovative high value international projects including IPOs, SPOs, combined offerings and private placements, tender offers, bond issues and M&A transactions. His practice expands to telecom and IT matters.

 

He is a regular contributor to legal publications and conferences. He is ranked as leading lawyer in all major legal directories. In years 2008, 2009, 2013 and 2020 Konstantinos served as a member to law drafting committees as representative of the Ministry of Justice.

 

Konstantinos is also Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Hellenic Association of Law Firms.

 

Konstantinos studied law in Athens and London (LSE).
