Currently serving as the Secretary of State for European Integration at the Government of the Republic of Moldova, being responsible for assisting the Deputy Prime Minister for European Integration in carrying out his mandate of national coordination of the European integration process
coordinating the activity of the Bureau for European Integration
Convening and leading the Council on European Integration
Participating in the negotiation process as a member of the negotiation team
Monitoring the implementation and application of the Association Agreement and the Association Agenda, as well as monitoring the level of implementation of agreements, sectoral cooperation dialogues with the European Union, accession, and the level of participation in the programs and initiatives of the European Union, in addition to the accession process.
Prior to their current positions, Dr. Rodica Crudu held the position of Deputy Secretary General at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration (2023-2024), the position of Deputy Director at the Organization for Enterprise Development (2022-2023), Dean of the Faculty of International Economic Relations and associate professor at the Academy of Economic Studies of Moldova (2018-2021).
Dr. Crudu's expertise encompasses a wide range of areas including international cooperation, European integration, European economic policies, European economic governance, and entrepreneurial education. She has successfully coordinated and implemented numerous projects funded by the Erasmus+ program, with a focus on promoting excellence in teaching and research on European integration topics.
Passionate about promoting European values and contributing to the international relations of the Republic of Moldova, Dr. Crudu brings a results-oriented approach and proactive mindset to any leadership role.
