Tatiana Tounta is currently the Chairwoman & CEO of Hellas EAP, the leading Employee Assistance Programs Provider in Greece and Cyprus. Her career trajectory illustrates a dedicated and strategic progression through various significant sectors, culminating in her current leadership role at Hellas EAP. Starting her career in the telecommunications industry at Stet Hellas, gaining foundational experience in customer service management, she later joined Piraeus Bank Group and transitioned to the banking industry, an industry known for its rigorous demands and fast-paced environment.
In 2010, her career took another turn, moving towards human resources and organizational learning within the same Group. This shift indicated a strategic realignment of her career path to focus more on people management and organizational development, leveraging her accumulated experience in business operations and customer service. As the Head of the Group Human Resources & Organizational Learning, she gained a deep understanding of how to align human resources with overall business objectives to drive growth and efficiency.
As the Chairwoman & CEO of Hellas EAP, Tatiana is leading the organization in promoting mental health and wellbeing in the workplace. Her role now involves not just managing a company but promoting a culture of care, wellbeing, and mental health support in the workplace, reflecting a significant societal contribution beyond traditional business objectives.
Tatiana Tounta is a graduate of the School of Economics of the National & Kapodistrian University of Athens, Greece and holds a Master’s degree in Business Communications and Public Relations from the European University (Montreaux).
