Since 2000, Angelika is the managing partner of Selekos_Gouskou & Co Law Offices, established in Athens, with an expertise on international business, corporate law and governance as well as project/asset finance and development.

Angelika has been a corporate legal counsel and/or special advisor on several occasions and has held multiple times the position of Non-Exec BoD Member for listed and non-listed companies in Greece.

Angelika has a Doctor of Laws (cum laude) degree in Greek business and corporate law.

She has an LLB from Athens Law School, an LLM (Banking and Financial Law) from Sorbonne - Paris I, France a Certificate of Management of Banking Institutions from HEC Lausanne Switzerland. She has been a Juris Doctor Researcher at Max Planck Institut, Munich, Germany.

Angelika is a BoD member of ELIZA (non profit), member of the Committee of ESED (the Greek Corporate Governance Council) and an accredited arbitrator on commercial, business and corporate law of the Athens Chamber for Commerce and Industry (EBEA) as well as a member of the ICC Paris Legal Committee.

She is the co-founder of Corporate Governance Hub (non-profit) and got certified by INSEAD for the completion of the Executive Directors Programme.

Angelika is also the author of books on "Bank Guarantees on first demand" and “BoD Member’s Remuneration” as well as of numerous articles and publications on the above and other legal fields.

Angelika is married and has 3 children.
