Born in Brussels, the capital of Europe, Thibault has always been a strong supporter of a United Europe. His passion for international relations led him to pursue studies in Political Sciences and International Relations at the University of Louvain, Belgium. Driven by a deep conviction in the power of medicine to improve lives, Thibault has always strived to make significant contributions in the field and strongly believes that Health is Wealth. Throughout his career, Thibault has been a champion of continuous learning. A true global citizen, Thibault thrives in diverse environments. His adventurous spirit has led him to embrace challenges and immerse himself and his family in new cultures, both through international relocations and transitions between local and global roles (Belgium, France, Canada, US). This experience fostered a deep understanding of the global pharmaceutical landscape and a strategic perspective for navigating international markets. Today, Thibault leads Abbvie’s Region South, which includes Greece, Turkey, Israel, Portugal, Austria and Switzerland. Thibault takes immense pride in his tenure at AbbVie, a company whose mission is to make a remarkable impact on patients’ lives by delivering innovative medicines and integrating the patients in everything the company does. Thibault brings a wealth of experience, a dedication to progress, and a relentless optimism for the future of healthcare.
