Stella Voulgaraki is a C-Level executive with more than 20 years of experience in fast growing, global environments and specialises in organizational development, corporate culture and change management. Having worked in diverse industries, both as a consultant and in a position of responsibility in organizations, Stella has implemented transformational programs focused on improving people performance while delivering business value.

As of 2022, Stella joined Kaizen Gaming as Chief People Officer, at a time of significant global corporate growth. She has studied Psychology at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and has a Master's degree in Organizational Psychology from the City University of London, while at the same time she is certified as an Executive Coach.
