Katerina is Head of Development at ActionAid Hellas and passionate about the non-profit sector and its potential to sustainably solve social issues.

With more than 15 years of experience in the sector, she has collaborated with a variety of non-profits, foundations and corporations in Greece and abroad. Amongst them, the Royal Academy of Arts, in London, Special Olympics, The Stavros Niarchos Foundation, Desmos and HIGGS, while she is a Network Driver of the BMW Foundation Herbert Quandt in SE Europe, enhancing the networking efforts of its Responsible Leaders Network.

Katerina specializes in strategic planning, grant-making, fundraising and organizational development and holds advisory board positions in several organizations with national and international impact.

She holds a Master’s degree from King’s College London in Cultural & Creative Industries and a University degree from Panteion University, Athens, in Communications, Mass Media & Culture.

She loves the sea, sailing, tennis, travelling and all culinary experiences.
