Ismael Clemente is founder and CEO of MERLIN Properties, the leading real estate company in the Iberian Peninsula listed on the Ibex-35, with more than €11.3 billion of assets under management.

He holds superior degrees in Law and Business Administration from the Universidad Pontificia de Comillas (ICADE, E3) and has a long international career and extensive experience in the real estate sector since 1998. First at Bankers Trust REIB and then at DB Real Estate and RREEF as Managing Director, Ismael led transactions for at total volume above 5 billion euros in all type of real estate assets.
