Panagiotis Kapetanakos is the Chief Executive Officer of Noval Property, the 2nd largest Real Estate Investment Company in Greece with total assets of c. €670m. Noval Property is a subsidiary of Viohalco. Prior to his current position he was co-CEO and CFO of the GBP 1.2 bn and 75,000 m2 GBA acquisition and redevelopment of the Old War Office grade 2* listed building in London from office into mixed use, comprising the first Raffles hotel in London (with a 125-rooms capacity, F&B, spa and other amenities) and 85 Raffles branded residential apartments. Previously he was Chief Investment Officer & Head of Asset Management of NBG Pangaea (now Prodea Investments) in Athens
