Member of the Board and President of the Executive Committee of the Hellenic Federation of Enterprises since June 2020.

Mandated by the Greek Prime Minister in August 2012, negotiated and led the reset of the stalled motorways project of Greece, successfully completed the restructuring by year end 2013, enabling a 8bil.€ investment. 

Joined S&B Industrial Minerals S.A. in 1998 as COO and became the first non-family CEO in 2001 until 2011. Served on the Board for 15 years. 

Held several leadership positions in his 20 years at Owens Corning, where he served as President of the Global Composites and the Insulation Business Units.

Member of the Boards of Alpha Bank, TITAN CEMENT S.A, Eurolife FFH Insurance Group Holdings S.A and Solidarity Now/Greece.  Principal & co-founder of  Zeus Capital Management.  

Previously served on the Boards of Fairfield Maxwell Ltd (U.S.A.), Future Pipe Industries (Dubai), ENOIA B.V. and RAYCAP S.A.  Chairman of the Greek Mining Enterprises Association from 2005-2009. Founder of the SEV Business Council for Sustainable Development and  Chairman thereof from 2008 to 2016.

He holds a BA in Government from Harvard University and an MBA from the Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration.
