Apostolos Gkoutzinis is a corporate finance and capital markets lawyer at Milbank, one of the world’s leading law firms, and the co-head of the firm’s leveraged finance and capital markets practice group in Europe. His experience includes advising on IPOs, international rights offerings and other equity offerings, high-yield and investment-grade bond offerings and private placements, large acquisition financings, tender offers and other liability management exercises, M&A transactions, NPL portfolio sales, restructurings, recapitalizations and privatizations. Apostolos studied law at Harvard Law School as Fulbright Scholar, at the University of London and at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. He was born in Kavala, Greece, in 1975 and lives in London with his wife Despina and their five children.
