Katerina is Senior Manager in the Workforce Transformation Team, leading the Skills and Social Transformation services in PwC Greece. Through her expertise is leading the Labour and Education engagements.
She has more than 15 years of postgraduate professional experience working on large greek and international firms. She has a consulting experience in projects related to skills strategy and wide upskilling programmes for large populations both in private and public sector.
She leads skills-related projects covering various areas of expertise from learning strategy to skills gaps analysis and skills-based workforce planning. She has participated in large transformation projects in the field of workforce transformation, active labour market policies and social strategy.
She specialises in areas such as skills in the twin transition of the labour market, pay transparency and gender pay gap analysis, social support strategies, Diversity and Inclusion practices in the public and private sector and transformation of large organizations to skills-based organizations.
Katerina has a very diverse background, holding a BSc in Biology from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, a Master Degree in Health Management from the University of Piraeus, a Diploma for Learning and Development Strategy from Alba Graduate School and now she is attending an International Master Programme “Inclusion, Diversity and Ethics” at the Rome Business School. She has started her career from the pharmaceutical industry and then moved to a more people oriented role, as a consultant and as an internal HR manager, prior to joining PwC. She has also been independent member of the Greek National Commission for Human Rights.
