Vasileios Lingitsos is a Director at AXIA Ventures Group Investment Banking team in Athens, having joined in 2021. He manages the origination and execution of M&A and capital raising transactions in various industries, advising corporates and private equity funds. Prior to AXIA, Vasileios worked for Mizuho Bank’s Corporate Finance and Solutions team in London, focusing on advisory, capital structure and acquisition finance for the bank’s large clients in EMEA. Before Mizuho, Vasileios worked for Moody’s Investor Services on the assignment of credit ratings to high yield issuers. Vasileios holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Athens University of Economics and Business and a MSc in Finance from Warwick Business School. He is also a CFA charter holder.
