Managing Partner

REBORRN, Greece

Kelly Panagiotidou is serving REBORRN as Managing Partner, ensuring the company's growth and the seamless functioning of internal operations. She became an integral part of the company in 2018, spearheading the Organisational Design capability with over two decades of invaluable experience in pivotal in-house roles.
Her expertise lies in empowering businesses to excel through visionary People Strategies, implementing her MBA degree. While consulting was an unexpected avenue for Kelly, the excitement of pioneering alongside a fresh wave of consultants presented an irresistible challenge. Her professional journey commenced at Hotel Grande Bretagne, part of Starwood Hotels & Resorts, where she played a vital role in driving cultural change, revamping HR processes, and navigating a major restructuring. This experience seamlessly led her to the ING Group, where she concentrated on cultivating culture, amplifying employee engagement, and championing initiatives in learning, performance, talent management, and regional people strategy.
In 2015, Kelly became Tripsta's HR Director. In this dynamic, tech-driven environment, she demonstrated that exceptional customer experiences originate from exceptional employee interactions. She also emphasised that the principles of agility extend beyond software engineering. The challenges of acquiring a rival company, reshaping the organisation, and integrating teams provided Kelly with valuable insights and lessons.
Kelly holds an MBA from ALBA Graduate Business School and a BA in Management and Organisational Behaviour from Deree College.
