As Head of Strategic Relationships, Patricia Battenberg has been responsible for the expansion of strategic customers and contracts as well as regions since July 2023.

Previously, as Chief Market Officer at Worldline, she was responsible for the Central, Southern and Eastern European markets in the Financial Services division. After joining the European payments market leader in 2018 as Global Sales Deal Maker, Patricia first led Global Bid Management and eventually Financial Services Sales in the DACH region. Previously, she worked for various companies in the financial industry, including Key Account Manager at Payback and Elavon Merchant Services. Fluent in six languages, she is passionate about building and expanding international, long-term customer relationships and digitally transforming the financial world through collaboration, technological innovation and sustainable business models.
