Konstantina Galli is a Partner in EY Tax - Greece.

She joined EY in 2012 and is based in the Athens office.

She is an Attorney at Law and Tax Partner, with over 20 years of experience in dealing with tax law issues and specializing in energy, real estate and construction and financial sectors.

She has extensive experience in tax advisory services, with a deep knowledge of corporate taxation, restructurings and international tax structures, gained by providing services to organizations with the most complex agendas. The wide range of assignments she has engaged in during her career also includes tax strategy & planning, tax controversy, as well as M&A structuring and transaction projects. She has also provided extensive support to various clients from a tax policy perspective, focusing on sustainability and green taxes.

She has studied Law and has an LLM in European and International Law in Athens Law School, while she has also completed the Tax Programme at the Athens University of Economics and Business. In addition, she frequently contributes articles on important tax matters and tax policy issues. She regularly participates in conferences and workshops as a keynote speaker in her area of expertise.
