Agata is the Managing Director of MSD for Greece, Cyprus and Malta and throughout her career she has been a leader in roles of increasing responsibility, in commercial, marketing, supply optimization and country leadership roles. During her presence at MSD Greece, Agata has strengthened performance and inspired employees in a modern and innovative way of thinking, which places society, patients and people at the center of business operation.
Agata has built a high – performing, viable and effective organization and has paved the way for successful digital transformation. Under her guidance and positive enhancement, MSD embraced a new innovative organizational culture, applied new Agile Ways of Working, leveraged new technologies and launched new customer experiences to meet the needs of the external environment. Agata mobilizes people and cultivates leadership qualities to employees so that they experiment with new processes, tools and innovate on their own way. A strong advocate of Diversity and Inclusion and with a caring mind for the society we live in, Agata mentors women on leadership positions and supports the implementation of Environmental, Social, and Governance activities at MSD .
Agata has also served as the President of Pharma Innovation Forum in Greece for 3 years and currently a member of the Board, is a strong advocate of patient access to qualitative Healthcare and an ambassador of “MSD for Mothers” program that prevents maternal mortality.
