For Eleni Tsatsaronaki, the path to becoming CEO of “To Manna” wasn't paved only with business degrees, but dusted with flour. Growing up in a bustling Greek household, the aroma of freshly baked high-quality products was a constant companion. Her grandfather, the family's baking patriarch, and afterward her father Nikos and her mother Marika instilled in Eleni a deep appreciation for the alchemy of transforming simple ingredients into warm comfort. The rusk was the product that made the brand “To Manna” famous all over Greece and worldwide.
After graduating high school, Eleni enrolled in Business Administration at the University of Piraeus. She focused on the management of financial resources of business with expertise in accounting. After completing her studies, she returned to Crete to apply all her knowledge to the family business. Eleni’s life goal is to combine the role of a successful businesswoman with the role of a loving mother and wife.
Eleni focuses on strengthening the company's social profile, emphasizing its contribution to society. The creation of the Tsatsaronakeio Cultural Center at Kissamos Chania is a great example of the company’s commitment towards empowering local community.
