Haris Siampanis has been the Chief Development Officer (CDO) of the Phaea Resorts since March 15th of 2023 and a Board Advisor at the Benaki Museum.

Before assuming this post, he was the first Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Benaki. He remained under this capacity for 5 years while before that he served for 6 years as the Chief Financial and Operating Officer and as a member of the Museum’s Executive Committee.

Before joining the foundation, he worked as a Strategy / Management Consultant at a multinational corporation, the Boston Consulting Group. In this capacity, he participated in various projects both in Greece and abroad, with particular focus on mergers and acquisitions, market entry strategies, enterprise valuations, financial restructuring and strategic corporate planning.

He studied Chemical Engineering at the National Technical University of Athens and completed his graduate studies with a full scholarship from Tufts University in Boston. He also holds a Certificate of Management Excellence from Harvard Business School, specialized in negotiations and strategic decision making.
