Mr. Tassos Iossiphides has been a Partner in EY since 2005 and Head of the Strategy & Transaction Services in Greece. He also leads the Strategy & Transaction Practice for the South Cluster of Central, Southeast Europe & Central Asia (CESA). Tassos has more than 28 years of experience of providing Financial, Strategy and Transaction Advisory services in various industries with emphasis on Energy & Utilities, Infrastructure and Financial Services. Moreover, Tassos has led very important projects and corporate transactions in Greece and Central Southeast Europe countries, including Mergers & Acquisitions, Valuations & Business Planning, Privatizations, Infrastructure Advisory & PPPs, as well as Investment Advisory Assignments related to raising Corporate & Project Finance including RRF & EU funding.
Mr. Iossiphides has also served as an Advisor to organizations and associations that support entrepreneurship, such as ACCI and SEV, on issues related to SMEs, including the need of scale up, financing & exports related initiatives, as well as a consultant to Endeavor and THEA, advising newly established and dynamically growing businesses.
He is an elected member of the Board of Directors of ACCI, he holds a degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Patras, and an MBA from the University of Stirling, United Kingdom. He has also received professional training in Corporate Strategy at Harvard Business School, Corporate Finance Training from INSEAD, Paris and a Mergers & Acquisitions at the Andersen Training Center of Chicago.
