Anna Manda is a partner at Karatzas & Partners. She specializes in corporate/M&A and commercial law, competition law and corporate financing. She has extensive experience and has participated in a series of milestone transactions in the fields of M&A, where she routinely represents large private equity and strategic investors, with particular emphasis on TMT and Pharma, including the first and biggest leveraged buy-out transaction in Greece and the first and biggest to-date multi-jurisdictional restructuring, corporate finance and acquisition finance, where she has participated in a significant number of high-profile transactions and in competition and antitrust law, with particular emphasis in merger control. Over her more than 23 years of experience, she has represented numerous clients in transactions in these fields. She leads the Competition and Antitrust, TMT and Pharma departments of the firm. Anna holds an LLB from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and an MA from the University of London, King’s College (Advanced European Legal Studies). She is a member of the Athens Bar Association.
