Luca is a Partner responsible for EY Strategy Practice/Parthenon for Central, East and South Europe. Under Parthenon sit three EY key competences: strategy, Transaction Strategy and Restructuring. He is a seasoned strategist practitioner, having led a large number of strategy and transaction projects over the last 31 years. He worked 7 years at Accenture Strategy, 20 years at McKinsey & Co. Recently he has been responsible for PWC Advisory in South East Europe. Based in Milan, Madrid, Sydney and Ljubljana, he served clients in Western Europe, Americas and Australasia (he has been based in Sydney 9 years) and Eastern Europe.
