Vasilis Petinis is the Managing Parter of RSM Greece. He is part of RSM international Risk Management and RSM Restructuring Centre of Excellence. He is member of the Chartered Management Institute of the UK, the Economic Chamber of Greece and past member of the Technical Chamber of Greece. He is also the Chair of the Audit Committee of IKTINOS HELLAS SA and a member of ACCA and SOEL.
He has supported senior executives and businesses in understanding and analyzing financial, economic and strategic issues thereby helping them to grow, adapt to the rapidly changing economic and business environment and gain a strong market position.
His experience includes financial statement audit, internal audit and corporate governance projects, business planning and strategy, transaction and restructuring support, corporate finance, due diligence, special investigations, mergers and acquisitions, restructuring. He has led a wide range of international collaborations, mainly throughout Europe and Middle East in multiple sectors such as telecommunications, technology, industry, trade, food & beverage, financial services, etc.
Vasilis holds a postgraduate degree from IESOEL and has obtained the ACCA certification (the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, UK). He also holds a MSc of Business Administration (MBA) specializing in Strategy and Finance from the University of Sheffield and a BSc in Chemical Engineering.
