I spent the early part of my career with consulting firms in London, advising international insurers on M&A. Subsequently, I joined the Emerging Markets business unit of Royal & Sun Alliance - RSA - (a FTSE100 company), where I held the positions of Chief Actuary, CFO and ultimately CEO. My focus was on transforming and growing multi-line insurers. I founded a start-up operating in the field of health, specifically focusing on prevention through AI (Artificial Intelligence). Additionally, I managed a MGA company involved in telematics -based vehicle insurance. I serve as iNED to digitally native insurance start-ups.
