A certified Leadership Coach from the Institute of Professional Excellence in Coaching, New York, she holds an MBA from IE University and is certified in Neuroscience for Business from MIT.

With over 25 years of traversing diverse geographical, educational and professional environments, Maira has mastered through her experiences and education change navigation and facilitation. From Thessaloniki to Brussels, London, NY, Crete and eventually Athens, her journey encompassed various industries like fashion, real estate, tourism and consulting, enriching her with profound insights into strategic planning, sales, marketing, campaigning and team management. Her professional path, marked by resilience, adaptability and leadership, led her to pioneer strategic initiatives for multiple companies.

However, her true passion unfolded through her own entrepreneurial journey. As a Leadership Coach, Maira empowers individuals to navigate change authentically and live happier lives by honoring their inner compass, prioritizing their wellbeing and guiding mindset shifts, fostering resilience and confidence.

Alongside her esteemed business partner, Mina Taliaki, Maira leads transformative endeavors at The Reset Platform. Together, they champion the integration of wellbeing and mindset strategies to unlock organizational potential amidst change, fostering cultures of growth and innovation in Greece and abroad.

Beyond entrepreneurship, Maira remains committed to driving positive community change. An active member of the Lean In Network Athens Greece, she fosters connections and dialogue and leads the Lean In Circle: Women in Corporate Wellbeing. Here, she empowers women to thrive in leadership and prioritize holistic wellbeing for themselves and their companies. Additionally, Maira is a mentor for the Rise Club, which supports talented mothers re-entering the workforce, and is passionate about advocating for equality and balance, envisioning a better future for her two young daughters, and society overall.
