Myladie Stoumbou is a seasoned executive, a digital strategist, and a women leadership advocate. As a business leader, she has been working in multinational environments for many years and has a unique ability to manage multi-disciplinary projects, to navigate non-standard challenges and to solve complex problems. She specializes in building and transforming global and diverse high-performance teams, as well as in assisting businesses to maximize their potential by leveraging exponential technologies, such as AI. As a business strategist, she supports digital entrepreneurship as a mentor for Start Smart CEE (previously MIT Enterprise Forum in Greece), The People's Trust and Microsoft for Startups Founders Hub. As a women leadership advocate, she is chairing Women in Business committee for American- Hellenic Chamber of Commerce. She is also a mentor for Women Leadership Programme in European Innovation Council. In 2023 she was recognized as an Inclusive Channel Leader by CRN and received the Greek International Women’s Award in the category of Business and Entrepreneurship. In 2022 she was recognized as one of the most influential Women Channel Leaders by CRN. She speaks and writes about leadership, future of work, diversity and inclusion, artificial intelligence, innovation and digital entrepreneurship.
