She is a member of the Executive Committee of the Association of Insurance Companies of Greece and Chairwoman of its Life & Pensions Committee. She is also an independent member of the Board of Directors of the listed company Quest Holdings and of the non-profit association ALBA Executive Development & Applied Research in Business Administration. Before joining NN Group, Philippa worked in financial industry for more than 25 years, of which the 8, as CEO of multinational Insurance company.

She holds a Bachelor Degree in Banking & Financial Management from the University of Piraeus and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from ALBA Graduate Business School. She is a mother of twin boys.
