Focused HR professional, holding over 30 years' expertise in employee engagement, change management, talent selection and leadership development. His experience has been gained across a variety of business settings, including automotive, financial services and retail sectors, in business operations both in Greece and Southeastern Europe. The last twelve years he has been actively involved in organizational restructuring and operational transition projects.
Since June, 2022, he leads the transformation of Hellenic Labor Inspectorate to an independent authority, organizationally and operationally autonomous, with main purpose to ensure the implementation of legal framework in the labor market.
Law School graduate (Aristotelian University of Thessaloniki) with a Masters Degree in Industrial Relations from Warwick University, U.K. he is the author and publisher of a book related to job search. Passionate plastic modeler, history lover. Married, two daughters.
