Judith Wallenstein is a Senior Partner & Managing Director in BCG’s Munich office. She leads BCG’s Global CEO Advisory Practice and is a core member of our Health Care and Climate & Sustainability Practices. BCG’s CEO Advisory Practice focuses on supporting candidates to prepare their bid for CEO-ship, helping CEOs and other senior executives prepare successful tenures and working with Executive Boards und Supervisory Boards to improve team and decision making dynamics. Judith’s specific focus is on CEO leadership evolution, governance, management team – Board relationships and successful management team operating models. Judith has also led the rapid expansion of BCG’s Climate business across Central and Eastern Europe and the Middle East, and served as the global co-lead of BCG’s Climate Moonshot. In 2015, Judith was appointed a BCG Fellow and led research on the Sharing Economy and the Future of work in collaboration with the Harvard Business School’s Future of Work project and the IMF. Judith is a historian and French and German literature graduate from Ludwig- Maximilians University, Munich. She graduated top of her class nationwide. Judith has been awarded as one of the Top 100 Women in Business in Germany in 2016 and 2021.
