Chryssos is a Boston Consulting Group (BCG) Managing Director & Partner and Head of the BCG Athens office.​ He joined BCG in 2011 and focuses on work in Financial Institutions with particular expertise in Transformation.​ He has extensive international experience in strategy development, operational transformation, cost optimization, as well as customer journey design and implementation.​ Prior to BCG, Chryssos' consultancy experience was focused on Project Management best practice for Blue Chip companies such as Airbus, Vodafone, Visa Europe.​ Chryssos is a Mechanical Engineer and holds an MEng and a PhD from Imperial College, London.
