Yulia Klymenko is a Ukrainian politician, Member of Parliament of Ukraine. She was Vice Minister/State Secretary of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine (2015-2016). Yulia is a member of the Economic Committee of Delegation to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation Organization, member of the groups for inter-parliamentary relations with Canada, Great Britain and Northern Ireland, Georgia, Germany, Lebanon and India.
Mrs. Klymenko has hands-on experience in managing large-scale companies and institutions in the private and public sectors, extensive experience in resolving complex matters, and implementing structural changes in a turbulent political environment, strong alliances with civil society organizations, key business associations, government representatives and members of parliaments. Yulia also served as a Board member for Ukrainian Sea Port Authorities.
In 1993 Mrs. Klymenko studied economics and politics at the University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy. In 1999 she got an MBA degree from the International Institute of Management. In 2006 Yulia graduated from the Institute of real estate management.
Happy mother of six kids.
