Nicholas Chryssanthopoulos joined EOS Capital Partners as a Senior Partner in February 2024. Nicholas has extensive experience in complex M&A across asset classes and a proven track record in building teams and structures that can deliver strategic goals. Throughout his career he has managed over 50 acquisition and divestment transactions valued at more than €13bn, has coordinated the sale of c.€600m non-core real estate assets and has supported equity raising efforts leading to a total investment in excess of €10bn. Prior to joining EOS Capital Partners, Nicholas was a General Manager and Chief of the Corporate Center at Alpha Bank, a leading Greek bank. He was a Member of the Executive Committee, overseeing the Strategy, Investments, Private Equity, Legal, Governance, Communications and Human Resources functions. Nicholas is also an independent member of the board of directors of Cepal Holdings. Nicholas holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Arts degree in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from Oxford University.
