Dimitrios Itoudis (alternate spelling: Dimitris) (Greek: Δημήτριος Ιτούδης, born September 8, 1970) is a Greek professional basketball coach who also formally coached the National Team of Greece and serves as the President of the Euroleague Coach’s Association.
Coach Itoudis holds the current best winning record of all times in Euroleague with 71% winning percentage and has been the second youngest coach to ever reach 200 wins in Euroleague Coach Itoudis began his coaching career in 1990, when he began coaching Zagreb's Under-18 team in Croatia followed by the men’s team of Zagreb as well as Paok BC, Panionios BC, Ment and Philipos Clubs.
In 1999, Coach Itoudis became Head Associate Coach of Zeljiko Obradovic in Euroleague powerhouse Panathinaikos. During his tenure until 2012 as a Head Associate Coach, Itoudis won 5 Euroleague Championships, 11 Greek League Championships, 7 Greek Cups while
selected 6 times as an All-Star Coach.
In 2013, Coach Itoudis begun his Head Coaching career by taking over the Turkish League club, Banvit. In his first season as a Head Coach, he was Regular Season Champion of Turkey with Banvit and eventually got the 3rd spot in the League. In 2014, Coach Itoudis became coach of the Euroleague Powerhouse Cska Moscow. In his tenure with Cska Moscow until 2022, Coach Itoudis won 2 Euroleague Championships becoming the first Greek Coach to win a Euroleague with a foreign club. Additionally, he won 5 Vtb Championships, appeared in Euroleague Final 4 for 7 consecutive seasons and was named Euroleague Coach of the Year and VTB Coach of the year in two occasions.
In summer of 2022, Coach Itoudis became the Head Coach of Fenerbahce club in Euroleague and the Turkish League, leading the Club to the Top-8 of Euroleague in his first season. Additionally, Coach Itoudis led the National Team of Greece for two tournaments in summer of 2022 and summer of 2023 for the European Championship and the World Cup of Basketball respectively.
