Ian Andrews has been a non-executive director of Athens Airport for three years and serves on the company’s Finance Committee. He has advised on infrastructure investments for over thirty years, including as a partner in Linklaters in London and Berlin for twenty-two years until 2022 and as leader of the firm’s Infrastructure Practice. He has advised on transport and energy infrastructure projects and investments in almost every country in Europe as well as in the Middle East, Asia and the US and was listed by Chambers in the first tier of European infrastructure lawyers for over a decade. As well as advising PSP on its acquisition of AviAlliance (including its holding in Athens Airport) he advised Olympia Odos on the financing of the Elefsina-Corinth-Patras-Pyrgos motorway and the lenders on the financing of the Rio-Antirio bridge.
