Konstantinos Kostopoulos is a Managing Director of Morgan Stanley and heads the Greece & Cyprus Investment Banking franchise out of London. Konstantinos joined the Firm in 2011 as an Analyst in the Natural Resources Group in London, where he worked on several high-profile transactions.

He later moved into Morgan Stanley’s Greece & Cyprus Investment Banking team, which he had led since 2020. During his time on the Greece & Cyprus Investment Banking team, Konstantinos has worked on some of the biggest transactions in the region, such as the strategic sale of Sani / Ikos Group to GIC, the sale of 49% in HEDNO to Macquarie Asset Management, the partial divestment in 2023 of the Hellenic Financial Stability Fund from the National Bank of Greece, and most recently the IPO of the Athens International Airport in ASE, the largest in the country for 20 years. Konstantinos holds an MSc in Management from Imperial College London, an MSc in Structural Engineering from City University and a BEng in Civil Engineering from UCL. He resides in London.
