She holds a Bsc in Business Administration from University of Piraeus, an MSC in International Banking from University of Reading and a certification from Insead on Business Strategy and Financial Performance.
During her career, she has participated in the planning and execution of large size and complex transactions (e.g. mergers and acquisitions, divestures, joint ventures, privatizations etc.) by offering M&A support services to listed/ private companies, institutional investors as well as private equity/ hedge funds in Greece and abroad.
She has ten years of experience in the advisory market and prior to her current role she worked in banking industry and in the industry of natural products as a business development manager.
