Annet Aris is Vice Chair of the board of ASML NV, the world leader in lithography systems for the production of semiconductors. She is also a board member of Randstad NV and Jungheinrich AG. In the other half of her life she is Senior Affilaite Professor of strategy at INSEAD, Fontainebleau where she focuses on the digital transformation of Society, Industries and Companies and she is the Academic Director of INSEAD's Corporate Governance Centre. Before joining INSEAD in 2003, Annet was a partner at McKinsey & Company, were she started her career in 1986.
